i was looking up if my cousin was on fb like everyone else and their mom out there.. and low and behold there he was. haha. i couldn't see any of his pics since his profile is on private but i was reading his favorite quotes and i liked a few.. mostly all. haha. but the funny thing is reading those quotes really match his personality. especially the one about drinking. ha.. he's a fool. tho i'm not tight as skinny jeans with him, he's a kool guy. todays party wasn't as bad as before.. i guess with all bs aside and our awkwardnesses we coulda been closer before. but that's the past, we start now.
congrats cuzin on graduating. party celebration when u get a job. hahaha. joke.
his favorite quotes:
'take pride in how far you have come, have faith in how far you can go'
Life is a disease, sexually transmitted and fatal.
Theres no point in living if you can't feel alive
sooner or later you got to step up, step out, and see WHAT THE FUCK YOU GOT!
Expecting life to treat you well because you are a good person is like expecting an angry bull not to charge because you are a vegetarian.
what kind of powers do you have? and do you use them for good? or for awesome?
I don't have a drinking problem. I drink. I get drunk. I
fall down, no problem
Live right now
Yeah, just be yourself.
It doesn't matter if it's good enough
For someone else
And damn
I know it's just lyrics and beats
But lyrics to me are like infinite peace
And peace
Is what hip hop had brought me
Strumming my pain like it was killing me softly
Killing me, but what a way to die
Overdosed on flows, comatose on rhymes
And I
Wanna drift away
Staying conscious enough just to hit replay
"whether you broke or rich you gotta get this: Having money's not everything, not having it is."
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
